Your writing is yours.
Plain-English version: we don't sell your data, we don't train shared models on it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you create a workspace we store your email address, the workspace name, and the writing samples you paste in to train your voice fingerprint. We store drafts you generate, your keep/dismiss decisions, and the scheduled content items you create. We also store basic product telemetry (which pages you visit, which features you use) so we can understand how the product is being used.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't train shared models on your writing — your fingerprint is private to your workspace.
- We don't use your drafts to improve other customers' generation.
- We don't share your content with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (LLM API, email sending, analytics — listed below).
Who we share with
To run the service we send data to:
- Anthropic — prompts and writing samples are sent to the Claude API to generate drafts and score voice match. Anthropic does not train on API data by default.
- Supabase — our database and auth provider.
- Vercel — hosting and serverless execution.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- PostHog — product analytics (events only, no writing content).
Your rights
You can export everything you've created as JSON at any time from the app. You can delete your workspace and all associated data from your account settings — deletion is irreversible and removes data within 30 days from our backups.
For GDPR / CCPA requests (access, portability, erasure), email privacy@marqeting.io. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use analytics cookies to understand product usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
We'll update this page when we change our practices. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
